Sky Go error message on Lenovo Android Tablet

Error Message:

 

Your device is being Registered. Please wait a few minutes before trying again. If your problem continues, you may need to turn yourQ box off and on again at the mains, or contact Sky Customer Services

 

This appears when trying to watch something recorded. Some things work. Have tried all the usual - restarted BB and Sky Q box, uninstalled and reinstalled the App. Works fine on my Samsung S23.

 

Any ideas please?

Anyone got any ideas where I go with this next or how I contact Sky Customer Services? I can't use what I'm paying for currently so keen to get it resolved asap
