I've been told that on the TV Guide tab that in the row above where it says All Channels there should be an option to Record to Box but it isn't there on mine and so I can't record remotely. I'm on Android on a Samsung S10. I've tried reinstalling to no avail.

Thanks, tried it lots of times over the last few weeks but no difference. Is it a connection issue maybe but the phone is on the same network as the box is connected to? I've got a mini box, does that make any difference?

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

If you could start a chat again please. I got an email from the apps mailbox address but they jsut keep sending me a link to webpages on how to fix any problems but it hasn't worked.

It ended up with him saying that they thought there was an issue with my SkyID and told me to ring them. I did that and they verified some details but they didn't really commit as to whether there was a problem or not. I was then meant to be put through to someone to discuss the Sky Go issue but wait time was just too long.
