SKY GO on laptop

I can no longer access BBC1 or BBc2 and many other channels on my laptop when logging on to SKY Go. It  has been working perfectly up until the last couple of days.

If you are trying to access them via Sky Go then is the app still connected to your Sky Q box as this is the only way they can be viewed via the app.

Do you have a multiscreen sub on your account, if so can you see your recordings via the app. In the settings of the app does it show as being connected to your Sky Q box ?
