Sky Go - app showing subscription issue

I pay for the full sky tv package inc all sports and movies, but on the sky go app when I try to watch either I get an error message saying I need to upgrade my subscription but why is this? I pay for all channels but cannot watch any on the app or my ps5???

What Tv package subscriber are you, Sky Q or Sky Glass/Stream ?

 

Are you new to Sky or have you returned after being away for a year or more ?

Been a customer for a while 

sky go worked before 

but for months it gives the error message about upgrading subscription 

Had given up with it

just thought I'd try again and still happening 

I thought I could watch what I pay for on my tv?

For the PS5 you need either multiscreen or Sky Go Extra on your account. You do not need either of these to use the app on a mobile, tablet or PC unless you want to connect it to your Sky Q box to access your recordings or stream live TV from it.
