Hi all
My Sky Go App on the laptop was stuck on looking for updates but I gave it firewall permissions.
It now opens.
I have Sky Go Extra / multiscreen / cinema and sports but when I try to watch anything, I get error 1310 or 1410
Sky Go App works fine on my android phone.
I have searched these forums for answers but the answer always seems to be escalation
Can anyone help please?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
