Sky Go app crashing

I've uninstalled and reintsalled  - it opens and says checking for updates, next screen just says SKy and then it crashes out. I'm on Windows 11. V frustrating.......

Could any background programs you have running be causing this ?

No I shut everything else down just to make sure

Im having the same problem.

Sky Go app used to work on my HP laptop but now it has come up with a java script error.

I deleted the app and tried to download again but it wont re-install and comes up with an error.

I have checked my setting and it allows apps anywhere but will still not work.

I cant use it on my Android either, it just keeps saying record request failed.

can anyone help me please
