Sky Go - Where are the downloadable NFL games?

Can someone tell me what's going on with the Sky Go app please? All of the highlights of the recent NFL games are "download to Sky box" only. Why? I work away from home a lot and specifically buy the Action/Arena package to watch the NFL games which I can do when I'm home fine, but the Sky Go app is just rubbish as the "download to computer" just isn't there! Most of the highlights have been available at some point in the past but some games just DON'T appear.

Why is that? I pay for this and Sky are just taking the money and not delivering. It's not good enough. Sort it out!
