Sky Go not working on my Windows 11 PC. Even the Computer Shop gave up ........ Reckon it's about time SKY addressed this problem once and for all WITH SOME NEW DECENT SOFTWARE FOR SKY GO FOR PCs - to save us all the PROBLEMS & headaches!!
When you say it isn't working what is happening, if you see an error what does it say ?

The sky go programme downloads and does the installation but nothing happens when attempt to open it from the menu page. Right clicking and trying the various compatibility options makes no difference at all! Permissions options etc also a waste of time.
I've got the same problem. Double click the icon to run and nothing happens. No error, nothing. It's worked on my machine before. It's been a while since I used it so I'm not sure when it stopped. I have a Lenovo Yoga laptop.
im gettting the exact same. Was working fine a few weeks ago but now i try and open the app, nothing happens. Tries looking through crash reports, nothing, unintalled, restarted, compatability mode - nothing works.
In response to my complaint sky said they are aware of the concerns and the technical team are working to improve the problem. No set date for new app etc.
Thats when you know you are dealing with a Monopoly ..
Pretty hopeless customer support imo. Wont waste any more of my time trying to resolve.

I tried it on my Windows 11 laptop afrer a complete Re Set of Windows and it worked perfectly. Tried again a few hours later and again worked fine. I installed it on my Windows 11 PC. All images loaded correctly and those for Today's Top Pics and the other categories below. However checking one of the Top Pics and loading that, the preceeding advert loaded and played but when it finished the Top Pic was muted sound and black screen. This was the same in loading one of the other categories, advert loaded followed by muted sound and black screen. Same issue on live sports and other links I tried.
