Sky Go: Log in error message - struggling to resolve myself

Good morning, I'm new to Sky Stream. Despite following the online guides, uninstalling the app, reinstalling the app, turning off my devices, switching them on again, making sure ad blockers and Apple's Private Relay are disabled, and simplifying my password I get the following message each time I try and sign in to Sky Go on my iPhone and iPad: Because of a technical issue, you cannot watch this channel. Please try again later.

 

My devices are running on the most up to date software and my accounts are linked as I can see my Sky Stream order under my Sky ID.

 

I was wondering how to resolve this please? Sky Go is an important part of my subscription. Without access to it my Sky Stream package is not worth it and I will have to cancel within the Cool Off period
