Re: Sky Go Error
As I've posted here earlier, I have 2 desktops and a laptop running Skygo. They all got the problem and I removed the preview update KB5101684 from all of them leaving them still with the Dell update KB5121767 (level 8894) installed. I've been using the laptop and one PC on this level all week and also checking the other PC is OK.
But this second PC now gixes the error even though it still has the Dell update installed like the others. It also does not allow me to uninstall it anymore. So this proves it is the Dell update that has caused the error but I don't know why the other two are working. These however still allowed me to uninstall it, so I've done that pronto.

Re: Sky Go Error
It's nothing to do with the MS release. I don't have that. I am still on the build from summer last year
Mine started not worked immediately after a SKY GO upgraded itself on Wednesday.
After going through 4 agents yesterday, and them suggesting re-installing the app etc. they escalated it to their "back end tech team".
Are Sky aware that they is a issue impacted multiple customers of theirs?

Re: Sky Go Error
All of us who have tried re-installing Skygo will have been updated to the latest version 26.2.2.0. And those of who have been able to remove the latest MS update (like me) have Skygo running normally on this latest release. It is not a Skygo update therefore that is causing this.
Can you post your system level - settings -> system -> about and it's at the bottom of the page.

Re: Sky Go Error
It's the Windows settings we need to know.
Right-click on the Windows logo at the left of the task bar, select settings. System is at the top of the list. Click that then "about" which is at the bottom of the page. Move down to the system info tabe, click the copy button and paste the result into a post. Your level should be something like 26200.8875. Anything higher you have the problem MS fix installed (eg 8894).

Re: Sky Go Error
I can only see a yellow triangle. Is that the same as you posted above? We need to see the Windows settings. If you follow what I asked you to do, you should see something like this - it's the build number we need to know.
Edition Windows 11 Home
Version 25H2
Installed on 18/09/2025
OS build 26200.8875
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.334.0

Re: Sky Go Error
It shows you are on the same level as I am, the last Tuesday's patch update before the MS update that caused the problem so you should not be having this problem. What issue are having with Skygo? This topic is about the program failing to start with a 0xC0000045 error.
If you're able to show me the Skygo settings then you must be able to run Skygo?

Yes I can run Sky Go, but cannot see any channels. No channels. None.
