Me too! I have a PIN setup, it pops up every now and then and I have to check with my 70 year old wife that we are of the appropriate vintage to watch a comedy show... Annoying... I now want to watch CIA in my hotel room but get the pop up saying I havent set up a pin for the device, but can't find the device to add it to..

There is only one other company reporting this problem - Starmoney. If there was a serious issue with KB5121767 it would be well visible on the web, but it isn't apart from this company and with Skygo. I ran for most of last week with this fix on two of my PCs and Skygo ran faultlessly.  I've only now uninstalled it as a precaution. This company however have issued a fix to their product which has now resolved the issue for them. They did not need an MS fix.  I'm assuming Sky could do the same.

Ciao qualcuno sa quando potrò rivedere sky go sul mio pc fisso?sky si stà impegnando?Le ho provate tutte esce sempre errore 0xc0000045 ho chattato con 3 operatori ma non abbiamo risolto niente è un errore cosi grave?Non sono un tecnico e ho problemi

Cannot access skygo on laptop works fine on phone on laptop constant error message 0xc0000045Cannot access skygo on laptop - - constant error message 0xc0000045

Uninstalled SKYGo, ensured all files were deleted, closed and opened Windows laptop and re-installed SKY Go several times.

Same error message every time.

This is very inconvenient as I have purchased TNT2 to watch the Commonwealth Games and cannot get this outside my home as SKY GO is not functioning.

Please provide a solution, urgently. Thanks

HI ALL AT SKY

I pay over £100 a month and this app sudently stpped working on my Windwos PC

Applcation Error :
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000045). Click OK to close the application.

Annoying beyond words

Have stopped in running in Task manager

Unsinstalled

Restarted PC

Reinstalled same errr during install but SKY GO short cut on Desktop was added

clcik to run and same Error

even deleted files from %Appdata% and %localappdate% for SKY folders and SKY GO if folders there - restarted PC reinstall same error at install as above

Please advise
