Sky Go Error 2004

I am getting sky error 2004 when I am trying to watch BBC channels and also CNN on my sky go app on all my devices?

Also all of a sudden it doesn't recognise my sky q box and always now says 'found sky q box' whenever I open the app instead of automatically detecting it.

What is going on as here are no discussions hat have this error code?

Have you tried rebooting both your Sky Q box and the device the app is installed on ?

Hi and thanks for your quick response.

I have tried this and still the same message. The complete message is below.

"We've found a different sky q box

Connect to watch shows on this box. Downloads currently on your phone won't be available until you disconnect from this box."

This doesn't make sense as it's my own sky q box
