Hi i recently toke out a new sky Q package with sky go extra and my install date is 14th of next month but got told i can use sky go till then but when i try it on my pc or phone it says i need to upgrade ky package im only trying to watch channel 4. Also when i try to check my packages on the website or kysky app it keeps asking me to phone up.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.

Hi sorry for the kate reply. I did soeak to sky on friday and they said to wait 24 hours and if sky go still dobt work i need to go on another chat with them
