Sky Go Error: 200 (Windows 10 laptop)

Sky Go continually shows this same error message on my laptop (Error: 200). The Internet connection works fine with my other devices but the issue persists. I have tried deleting and then reinstalling the Sky Go app on my laptop but it's the same issue. I even tried the Beta version and it didn't fix it. I have completely run out of ideas and the customer service team on the phone hasn't helped me fix it either. Any suggestions?

Try disabling the internet connection on your laptop, then rebooting it. Turn the internet connection back on then try using the Sky Go app again.

The first message is a bit vague can you explain the process you're trying to do when the error appears, also what other message comes with the error code, which will help us narrow down where the issue might stem from? Screenshots are always welcome.

dont know if this will help u but came here lookfor a solution but while trying a few things myself I came up with fix that works for me , and that was to disable my VPN , as I say dont know if it will work for u but has for me
