@mancsmark  I would check in the recents tab as per the above reply to see if it's showing the shared watchlist and another one.

Hi

One thing i would have liked for the new Sky Go App on iOS, i would have liked the App Icon to go Dark, when Dark Mode is on. The Sky Remote App has this feature.

Barry 🙂

@Barry+Mc+Kelvey  I'm presuming it's the way it is to match Sky OS.

This particular show does not show in recents, or in continue watching in the Sky Go app. I have to access it via my watchlist.

It does show in continue watching on my Sky Stream puck though.

As it's a Sky Atlantic show I would have expected it to be viewable within Sky Go. Could this potentially be a bug? I presume if you have cloud recorded something on a supported channel, that recording should be available on Sky Go.

Hi @GD1

When SkyOS is rolled out after the beta testing, will it also have a Shared Watch List, like the new Sky Go App?

Thanks in Advance

Barry 🙂

@Barry+Mc+Kelvey  Sky Glass/Stream are already on Sky OS.

The default playlist is the shared one on the currrent Sky OS. no one has OS2.0 yet.

@mancsmark  That would be safe to assume, yes as it would be on your playlist.

Nearly everything on my personal playlist is there on the Sy Go app but only Sky content (Sky cinema, Sky One etc) shows nothing from Disney+, Prime etc

Re: Sky Go App for Glass/Stream now available

There is a news article about the launch of the app and it says a browser version for laptops is to be launched at a later date.

@bs6271  No mention of it on the Official press release linked to in the post marked as answer.

Re: Sky Go App for Glass/Stream now available

Seems this new app restricts to a single concurrent stream. When I start streaming on my iPad, I get an error message stating "The maximum number of devices are already being used" when I try to stream something on my iPhone.

With the old Sky Go app the limit was 4 concurrent streams.  Haven't seen any mention anywhere about this.

Yes I have noticed this too. The Sky Go (Glass/Stream) help guide indicates we should be able to watch on two devices at a time, but I can only stream on one at a time.

this article also states:

Sky Go Extra, Sky Glass/Sky Stream Whole Home customers can stream on four devices at a time.

I have Sky Steam Whole Home. So there must be an issue on Sky's backend.

Re: Sky Go App for Glass/Stream now available

I think from what I am reading it looks like Sky Go will not show some if not all of the cloud recordings in playlists.  I wonder if thats because this is HD only so its not showing UHD content.

Im still holding out hope for an Apple TV version of the app, but this statement from the press release is concerning me:

"Customers can also set selected shows, movies and sporting events to record while on the move. If they remember something they want to watch while they’re out, they can hit record on their phone or tablet and have it ready and waiting for them on Sky Glass or Sky Stream when they get back to their sofa."

So does that mean if I playlist the F1 I wont be able to watch it on Sky Go and will have to use Sky Stream/Glass?

Id be interested to know if anyone manages to watch any of the playlisted and cloud recorded F1 sessions this weekend.

I do find it a bit odd that all of a sudden they have started talking about recording again.
