Sky Go App error code 0-01

They never fixd it, it worked fine when I came home from hospital. The app would not accept the hospital Ip address , even though netflix .nowTv and even sky news worked, but not sky go! I could get sky go to work using mobile data  (I only had 1gb) connected started watching and the disconnected while watching and then switched back to wi-fi.

I'm having the same problem. My Sky Go isn't connecting to its network and I would like it solved immediately.

Wouldn't we all like it resolved. Doesn't appear there's too much communication on the issue from any Sky representative 😠🤔😤

been having error code 0-01 for 2 days now, not good enough. The amount of money I'm spending on sky each month and I can't use all the facilities!
