I have been in hospital for 2 weeks and get this error,Ihave uninstalled and reinstalled many times. I can watch sky news app Netflix etc. I have tried data and wi fi connections to no avail.
Ipad 2022 .
I have given all the details to the technical helpline and have never received a resolution or call back from them.
Can some one please help.?

@caesarome, the last thing I can see is the suggested invite in this thread and a entry in my inbox from the same person. I cnnot remember If I have replied to the inbox message, but have had no correspondence since.
I'm not sure there is much more I can add that I haven't already included in this thread!

FYI
App works fine at home.
Conclusion
SKY go app would not accept NHS hospital public wi fi to run. This is quite odd because Netflix ,Now tv,BBC iplayer and ITVx using the same NHS w-fi does ,.I used all of them for streaming service whilst there..
SKY has let me down badly on this occassion because when in hospital , this service is deperately needed.

There was no help given just hours of chat wasted. I was discharged from hospital.
At home both android and IOS machunes worked fine!
App works fine at home.
Conclusion
