I'm having issues with skygo error code 0-1 can you please fix this

Hi @Jay5   Sky Go has its own community https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Go-Apps/bd-p/skygo

By the way, you are not talking to Sky, just other customers.  You could try the usual fixes like uninstaling the App and loading it again.  As it uses your broadband router, perhaps reboot it to refresh its DNS.

Are you signed in with the correct Sky ID as I believe that error is a wrong subscription one so are you new to Sky or a returning customer who has been away for a year or more ?
