Setting up a device PIN

I'm trying to download a programme on Sky Go, in order to do so it says I need to set up a device PIN and gives a URL. When followed this takes me to a help page which says login and click on parental controls then choose age rating and a device PIN (different to a Stream PIN). I'm logged into MySky but can't find these menu options anywhere and I'm going round in circles!

It should be this link you need to use:

https://www.sky.com/productsettings/tv/parental-controls

Re: Setting up a device PIN

Thanks but this doesn't work, product settings takes me to a choice of sky stream or phone and when I click on sky stream it then shows me the puck and 2 devices - none have parental control options!

Very odd as it works for me as it shows "Content Age Rating" under parental control for me.

This apart does Sky Go work ok for you so you can access your channels without any issues ?

Re: Setting up a device PIN

Yes. Sky go. Trying to download episodes to iPad. Sends me to set a device pin. I have no options for a device pin anywhere on line or on the sky go device.

Re: Setting up a device PIN

Hi Shane - didn't get your reply. I'm still stuck and can't download to any device. I don't have an option to set a mobile pin anywhere.
