SKY GO

I have just installed the SkyGo app on my laptop and when I try to watch a show a message comes up that say I need the Code 1310 to proceed. Can anyone tell me what this is? I had the app before on a different account on this laptop, which is now deleted but I don't know how to get on it now. Thanks.

Hi,

Yes the account was in a different family member's name and when he moved out we cancelled that account and started a new account, new name.

This is a long shot but if you login here with the old account details do you still see the laptop as being registered and if so are you able to delete it or have you already done this ?

So now you need to login to the app with your Sky ID for you new account so have you set one up yet ?
