I have just installed the SkyGo app on my laptop and when I try to watch a show a message comes up that say I need the Code 1310 to proceed. Can anyone tell me what this is? I had the app before on a different account on this laptop, which is now deleted but I don't know how to get on it now. Thanks.

Hi,
Yes the account was in a different family member's name and when he moved out we cancelled that account and started a new account, new name.
