I log into the Sky Go app on the PS5 however i then get an error message stating I need to sign in on the Sky Go App on a phone or tablet to accept the T&Cs which I have tried to do but unable to achieve.
Can this issue be fixed?

Why, what is happening when you try to do this and on what device did you try it on ?

@caesarome I have tried to log in on the Sky go App on my PS5 and the message saying I need to accept the T&Cs on another device.
I have then logged into the Sky Go App on my phone to try to do that but had no luck.

This is the bit I don't understand, you say are having no luck but why, do the terms and conditions not appear or are you unable to except them ?

The T&Cs don't appear to allow me to accept them on the PS5.
When I then go onto the T&Cs on the Sky Go app on my phone it doesn't allow me to accept them either, I only can read them.

Find out moreI don't know if they can help @KWa1k3r so to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
