SKY GO PS5
I log into the Sky Go app on the PS5 however i then get an error message stating I need to sign in on the Sky Go App on a phone or tablet to accept the T&Cs which I have tried to do but unable to achieve.
Can this issue be fixed?

@caesarome I have tried to log in on the Sky go App on my PS5 and the message saying I need to accept the T&Cs on another device.
I have then logged into the Sky Go App on my phone to try to do that but had no luck.

This is the bit I don't understand, you say are having no luck but why, do the terms and conditions not appear or are you unable to except them ?

The T&Cs don't appear to allow me to accept them on the PS5.
When I then go onto the T&Cs on the Sky Go app on my phone it doesn't allow me to accept them either, I only can read them.

I don't know if they can help @KWa1k3r so to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
