SKY GO - MACBOOK

So.....Sky Go was working fine upto 6 weeks ago! Now whn I launch the app it initialy says searching for updates then I get a blue screen with the sky go play triangle logo and NOTHING!!!

 

I have tried to unintall and reinstall countless times following all instructions from vaious threads on here.

 

I have also created a new computer profile and done a fresh installl, still doesnt work.

 

The last thing was to format my PC and start from scratch, still doesnt work.

 

Sky, why does this app refuse to work? rediculous that we pay for a service we cant even use !!!
