Won’t allow me use PlayStation

I am sky platinum member with sky go and it will not let me use it on the ps4. It keeps telling me I don't have the relevant package when I do

Yep we have sky go extra I believe but since yesterdays update it is no longer working which is very strange because it was working fine up until the update.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
