So this issue has been going on since 2022 on different threads. On my iPad Sky Go app the recordings tab is never available. On iPhone and Android phones in the household the recordings are visible intermittently.
We have followed all advice on Community and 'help' menus. I have called customer services, been cut off, fobbed off and made a complaint that hasn't been progressed.
When are Sky going to admit the app is unstable and actually invest some of the subscription costs into fixing this issue???
Yes: The ipad and app are on the network in settings. No there is no wifi extension. It works perfectly. The app has been uninstalled and reinstalled daily. Q box same. There is a multi room subscription and recordings should be available. All help menus folowed and exhausted.
