I have a code : PFE 9500 everytime I start anything on Sky Go on my laptop. I have tried everything including changing the sound settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

Try connecting an external speaker to your PC or Mac that you are using.
Or try reducing your sound settings from 24 bit 384 Khz to 16 bit 44.1 Khz within Windows sounds settings.
