I've got this code and it's telling to upgrade subscription to watch these channels but I've have these channels and it's not letting me do anything on my ipad

A few questions:

 

Do you have a multiscreen/whole home sub ?

What channel are you yiu trying to watch or are you seeing this error on all of them ?
