I am disabled and bedbound. I signed a contract with Sky and they do NOT deliver.

What is the reason I am getting code 1410 saying I need a sky subscription? I have a bloody

Sky subscription!!! All the technology in the world and these idiots cannot sort this out!

What am I paying for??? £83.00 a month for a pensioner. I left BT because of the high prices and now

I hav this utter rubbish with very much the same price. It is NOT what I signed up for!

I subscribe to TNT and all games get the error code 1410

Can you view other channels on the Sky Go ?

Yes. I have no issues with other channels.

Maybe this is the issue. I recall having BT then it changed to TNT. 

I feel so stupid. Never thinking about this. So to access my TNT it looks like I

need to go through BT. What I don't understand  is that  I used to get it

not so long ago through Sky.

If you are paying TNT/Bt themselves then you should be able to use the Discovery+ app istead.

I very much appreiciate your help with my issue. I can only wait now and test it the next time Champions League games

are played.  I will look at the discovery as it sounds good to me. Thank you very much indeed.
