I've been trying to watch manifest season 3 on sky max catch-up and even in standard definition it's asking me to upgrade to watch, sky is going from bad to worse can't watch in HD without paying extra. My freesat box is HD as standard, now they want me to pay extra to watch certain TV shows.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
