Problems watching recordings on iPad

I'm unable to watch any recordings on our q box on my iPad. I used to be able to when we first got sky but all it keeps saying is that my device is registering. Please can anyone help?

if your iPad shows up as a registered device here then try deleting it:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/tv/manage-devices

Then reboot your iPad and try again to watch something via it.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
