Problems using sky go

I've tried using sky go recently and it keeps telling me to upgrade my subscription however it's included in my subscription does anyone know how do fix this issue?

If you are using Sky Go on a Games Console then take a look herer

In that case you also need the Whole Home package on your account before you can use the app on a console.

The whole home sub isn't required to access Sky Go on a mobile or tablet but is on a console.
