Playback on Windows 10

Whatever program I watch on my windows 10 computer the picture always goes through a spell of going blank on and off after about 10 minutes.

Do you have issues with Sky Go on any other device? 

And do you have issues with any other app or streaming service like netflix or youtube?

I have no issues with Amazon prime video on my computer or sky go on my iPad.
