Just tested mine and it's fine. I'm on iOS 18.0.1 and I see there's an 18.1 update though...

Everything is updated. Turned phone off and on, uninstalled and reinstalled app. Using android phone. Read somewhere that you have to have sky Go extra but never needed this before!

emails now going there and back to Sky whilst they ask me the same questions over and over and I carry out the same processes with no success. Everything is connected correctly, we have multi room and in the sky setting everything that should be ticked is. Says I should be able to watch tv through Sky Q and mini box but search deson't bring my phone up. We are connected the same wifi, so emails will continue.
