Not recognising url

Hi I am unable to access the sky go vip events pages comps etc 

Get the message unable to recognise url

This is on all phones and tablets

If the error is "unable to generate URL" then give this ago that was posted on here a few weeks ago by someone else who had the same issue and doing this fixed it for them:

 

1 - update the iPhone if there is an update available
2 - uninstal the MySky app and delete all data associated with the app
3 - restart your iPhone
4 - re-install the MySky app and select allow data operations on install
5 - log in with your Sky ID and give it another go.
