Sky go not working on ipad

iPad with latest updates. Sky sports subscriber Keep getting Error 4090

Are you a new customer to Sky, if you are then make sure your Sky account is linked to your Sky ID, to do this see if you can access this link to view your online Sky bills:

https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/

You might then be asked to link it to your ID and you will need your Sky account number or your viewing card number to do this.

I eventually hit it working. I've had  Sky acc ount for many years.  Resetting pssswords on Sky is an absolute pig but I got there eventually
