I'm unable to watch sky movies and sky sports on desk top, I can watch all other channels. I have full package.

Any help would be appreciated.

What is happening when you try to view these channels, is it asking to upgrade and if it is are you a new customer to Sky or a returning one who has come back after being away for a year or longer ?
