Discussion topic: No option to upgrade to sky go extra

So for some reason sky go stopped working on our Xbox one. I've looked online and it says you need to upgrade to sky go extra but there is no option on my account. I only have 2 devices registered and can have up to 6. Any ideas?

@Michael1943 Check the vip section of the MySky app and see if it's available as a vip reward if not give sky a call and they should be able to apply it

What is happening, is it asking you to upgrade and if so have you made any changes to your account recently ?
