When I try to log in to Sky Go app on my iPhone, I keep getting the message "Sorry, something went wrong. Because of a technical issue, you cannot watch this channel. Please try again later." I've been trying to log in for a month now, but I keep getting the same error message and not sure what to do

It has an exclamation mark - I just changed my password to see if that makes a difference but I'm still getting the same error
