No internet connection on TV

Every time I switch on the TV it says there's no internet connection. I have to then unplug the Sky box and plug in again in order to get back the internet. I recently went away for a week and unplugged the router, TV and Sky box. Prior to that I only lost internet on TV intermittently now it's every time I switch on.

Hi @SW-_2   Do you mean your device, or your TV. If it is your TV you need to contact the manufacturer or your retailer.

This does not sound like a Sky Go issue 😞
