Just recently I have found that if I want to watch ITV live it does not appear in the TV Guide section of Sky Go, I can record to my Sky Box the same as BBC but can't watch Live TV. I can however get ITV 2, 3 & 4 and watch them live.
This happens on my phone and tablet.
And also on an ipad that is connected to a different account so I know its not just me.

No nothing is there for either of these channels.

No my Region is Border Scotland.
I tried to find a way to check this but I read that my region is defined by my postcode.

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

@Nicola4892 they say that they are aware of an issue and are contacting the app developers and hopefully there will be an app update to resolve the problem.
