Netflix on more than one device

Upgraded my package recently to include Netflix, paramount and movies. Already had Netflix so using the same account but before we could watch on more than one screen at once and now we can't. How do I solve this? Thanks

@Brian16

The bundled Netflix on Sky is Netflix Basic (one device in use)

On Sky Q this is upgraded to Netflix Standard by the Sky HD add-on, and then to Netflix Premium by the Sky UHD add-on.

On Sky Glass/Stream there are two separate Netflix upgrade add-ons to achieve the same thing.

Re: Netflix on more than one device

I was told on the phone I would have the option to add on the screen numbers I originally had for Netflix but can't seem to find where I do that

What TV package do you have as you need the second or third one here:

Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + HD) as standard
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)
