Hi I have Netflix included with my sky package. It was all working on but has now logged me off all devices and an address, not linked to me is under Account Email on Netflix. I can't seem to physically speak to anyone from Netflix or Sky. I have tried logging out of account on TV and tried re-entering my account email and password but it doesn't work
