Hi,
I have a Samsung Tablet Model SM-T230 which is running android version 4.4.2. When I try and install Sky Go I get a your device is not compatible message. I can log in to the Sky website but when I try to watch a video I get a 'video unavailable a problem was encountered - please try again later' message. I can play videos from youtube but not from the Sky website. Has anyone else encountered any of these issues?
Any advice is welcome.
Jamie

Android KitKat is a decade old, and Go isn't supported on it. Sky lists 5.1 (Lollipop) as the oldest viable release.

That anything still works on a tablet of that vintage is largely coincidental.

Thanks @TimmyBGood for your reply. I just found the tablet after it had been in a draw for a few years. I didn't think it would work but was just checking.
