I get the same error when trying to watch on Sky Go. Works fine on the Sky Box.

Suggest emailing Viewer Relations [email protected] giving full details that Sky Go access is the issue.

There is no additional cost so as suggested above you can email Sky to let them know of this fault on this channel on Sky Go via this email address - [email protected]

Sky history 2 channel has changed to mystery x which I can't access as asks  me to "upgrade subscription"

I have moved your post to the topic at hand on this isn't just happening to you so I would suggest emailing Sky on the email address in the post above yours so do let them know that this is happening on Sky Go.

I never had any problems watching Sky History 2 on Sky Go, but since it became MysteryX, I’ve been getting a message saying I need to upgrade my subscription.

Has anyone else had the same issue? Could the streaming entitlements have been overlooked during the rebrand? I wouldn’t have expected the channel to require a higher subscription when we could watch it before.

Unless I’ve happened to try programmes that Sky doesn’t have the streaming rights for every time, it seems to affect the whole channel. Even if it is a programme rights issue, the message seems strange - it’s normally the one shown when your subscription doesn’t include the channel. 

Can anyone clarify whether this is intentional or an error?

It's not streaming is it? I thought you were trying to watch it on the TV Guide / satellite feed?

The linear channel works, it's when watching on Sky Go that the subscription message appears.

It is an error of which other people have reported the same issue which is why your post has been merged with these other posts so you can see that you can report it to Sky via this email address, just remember to tell them this is a Sky Go issue.
