My sky go app will not show recent recordings

When viewing recordings in the sky go app on an iPad and iPhone it will not show recent recordings. On the tv they show however I can only see recordings from the 14th May.

 

Sky have tried to help and don't have an answer we have uninstalled the app on all devices and logged out and in several times
