My SKY and VIP can’t access

Hi All, I can't access my Sky VIP through my account or the my sky app, I have deleted and reinstalled the app, cleared and rebooted my IPad and i keep getting an error when I try to accces VIP, saying I can't join etc (before I could access through the app with no issues)

Hello, no nothing has changed on my side, I can't see my bills etc when I log in, I. Trying to link with Sky ID also, but struggling to even get that done
