I originally judt had the sky F1 package but on my contract renewal the full sky sports package was added as an upgrade. I can watch all the channels on my tv but on the sky sports app some channels have a lock symbol and state you need to upgrade to watch, but I can watch them on my tv. Any help would be appreciated.

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
