I have the sky sports package butsome channels are licked on the app

I originally judt had the sky F1 package but on my contract renewal the full sky sports package was added as an upgrade.  I can watch all the channels on my tv but on the sky sports app some channels have a lock symbol and state you need to upgrade to watch, but I can watch them on my tv. Any help would be appreciated.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

Spoke with @Stuart989 and issue resolved after re signing in using Primary Sky ID.
