I randomally have a error when logging into sky on my Xbox that I have now got to have sky extra but I am a vip member and never had this issue before

Error is 1204 which is saying I need sky extra I had this message ages ago but after I signed out and signed in again it worked for ages probably even a year or so now it's back.

You do need Sky Go Extra on your account so if you don't have it have you checked via Sky VIP to see if it there as a free reward for you,
