Issues with sky go

Morning i hope someone can help, i just got a new phone amd no matter what i do i cannot change the password on sky go, i click on forgotten password, it says email a code, go to my email and then sky go has reset itself so i go through it all again. Ive tried several times but its just not working. My sky accoubt was fine it saved my password on transfer from my previous phone. I use sky go a lot so this is very frustrating! Thanks all

You should not need to change your password to sign into Sky Go on a new phone, so have you tried the password you used on your old phone or can you not remember it ?
